本文对上海市长宁区志愿服务工作中注重制度和品牌建设、运用最新信息技术、完善激励保障措施、弘扬志愿服务文化等创新举措进行了分析总结,也分析了志愿服务工作中行政干预过多、社会化发展能力不强、专业化程度较低等问题,并提出了充分发挥各级志愿服务领导协调机构的作用、建立培训基地、拓宽志愿服务领域等对策建议。
