However，there are some problems at the same time，such as burnout among the volunteers，lack of protection for volunteers，sub-optimal two-way information channel，not enough the public awareness，need to upgrade the degree of standardization of voluntary service organizations and so on. In coming future，Shanghai will continue to promote the mechanism innovations of voluntary service，and strengthen the institutionalization，organization，socialization，informatization，project construction，and actively create a volunteer service culture，so as to highlight the social values in social governance and public services.
