There is an increasingly urging demand for Chinese-Korean interpreters. More and more Korean Speakers want to learn courses about interpretation and translation. Thus,this thesis first analyzed the status quo of Interpretation Human Resource Development,and emphasized the necessity of Interpretation Human Resource Development according to the shortcomings of present education. Then,it discussed the problems foreigners met when doing interpretation. And at the same time,related demand investigations have been done about Interpretation Human Resource Development,and some suggestions have been put forward toward educational content based on these investigations.
