With the coming of globalization times，the world center is transferring to East Asia，the East Asia ear is approaching. We used the Center and the Surrounding dichotomy epistemology to analyze the relationship between China，Japan and Korean for a long time. From ancient times to the present，because China，Japan and Korean took different style in communication and got development，there were many limitations in analyzing the development and change of their relations by using dichotomy epistemology. This dissertation puts forward a new tripartite division analytical framework，that is the Center，the Surrounding and the Periphery，investigating the development and change of the relationship between China，Japan and Korean by using this analytical method. From the perspective of this framework，the center state of East Asia was China，the surrounding country was Korea，Japan was the periphery before modern times. The patter of East Asia reversed in modern times and entered into post modern at present，a new patter is emerging. For these reasons，this dissertation divided the relationship of China，Japan and Korean into before modern times，modern times and post modern，so as to investigate the nature and change of the relationship between these three countries.
