Since the establishment of the securities market in China，after 20 years of development，the Sichuan has more than 100 listing Corporations which rank eighth in whole country and rank first in the Midwestern China. It is the result that Sichuan actively cultivates the proposed listing enterprises，encourages enterprises to establish a modern enterprise system and goes to the capital market for many years. Sichuan listed Company gathersthe outstanding enterprises in the industry within Sichuan，which becomes the important force for Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government “three development strategies” to achieve “two big leap”，to promote socioeconomic development of Sichuan，to build a beautiful and prosperous harmonious Sichuan. This paper analyzes the current development situation of production and operation，financing，asset restructuring，corporate governance structure，investor relations management in Sichuan listing Corporation in the context of new normal，analyzes the problems existed，and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
