Currently，the county’s economic development in Sichuan faces a new historical period，Strategies like Silk Road Economic Zone strategy，Yangtze River Economic Belt strategy，a new round of western development strategy，form the important national strategic system which is so crucial for the Western and Sichuan Province. Whether Sichuan can seize the strategic opportunities and meet the challenges will directly affect the socioeconomic development of Sichuan，its development strength，as well as its status in the western region under new normal.
