2015年以来,受国家及地方政府的房地产新政刺激,四川省房地产市场在前期持续处于低迷状态后出现回暖的迹象,商品房销售面积增长连续6个月提速,房地产开发投资及供给增速也在8月回升,但回升态势并不稳固,均在9月出现小幅回落。当前四川省房地产市场仍处于调整期,存在去库存压力较大、市场分化加剧、房地产开发资金需求紧张等问题。展望2016年,四川省房地产市场出现强劲复苏的难度较大,很可能保持温和上涨,房地产业的调整还将持续一段时间。
<<In 2015,stimulated by the new policy in real estate,Sichuan’s real estate shows warming trend after continued downturn,increase of area in house sales has accelerated for six months,the growth rate of investment and supply in real estate also increased in August,but not steady. Both fell slightly in September. The current Sichuan’s real estate market is still in adjustment period,and there are also some problems,such as,the pressure of cutting inventory is heavy;market differentiation is serious;funding requirements in real estate development is short,etc. Looking to 2016,it is difficult to see strong recovery in Sichuan’s real estate,but more likely to see a modest rise,and the adjustment of real estate market will last for some time.
