In accordance with the survey result，the report evaluates in depth ten core social problems which are most concerned about by the general public，that is，Traffic Congestion，Difficulty in getting Taxis，Food Safety Supervision，Housing Price Control，Social Repercussions of the Family Planning Policy，Haze Pollution Control，Household Registration System，the Social Response to the Mass Entrepreneurship Policy，Burden Alleviation in Compulsory Education，and Certificate Management in Public Services. Related ranking lists are also issued. The proposing of the problem，the questionnaire design，the survey results，the reason analysis，and the countermeasures and suggestions are analyzed in depth，in order to make policy recommendation and decision-making reference on developing the public service force of the government，which is to protect and improve people’s livelihood.
