Cultural organizations have been playing an important role in the cultural development and especially the public cultural service of Shenzhen，Cultrual transformation as such is closely related to that of the society in China，and also to the distinctive features of the city of Shenzhen. Recently，cultural organizations in Shenzhen have undergone a rapid development，which has been demonstrated in the improvement of their self-constructing ability，service leve land the increasing prominence of their functional roles. The progress of culture organizations in Shenzhen，therefore，has enlighted us in four ways on the cultural development of the city：i） innovating ideas are of the main core for the development；ii） reforming cultural management system is crucial；iii） obtaining the government’s support is a gurantee，and iv）self-constructing ability provides the fundament for the development.
