This article analyzed the basic concept of NGOs/CSOs for capacity building，including in governance capacity，innovation capacity，collaborating capacity，sustainable development capacity etc.According to the external environment and internal threats of NGOs/CSOs in China，this paper provides five effective ways for capacity building in the future for your reference.Those approaches cover the cooperation model with States，interaction with Corporations as well as cooperation and competition among NGOs/CSOs，also including how to create good environment for internal learning mechanism both domestically and abroad，how to utilize information technology to establish NGOs/CSOs network for capacity building.
