With the development of crowd-innovating space（CIS），CIS has been paid high attention to crowd-innovating space by national leaders of China and US，and it has been the important platform for Popular entrepreneurship and innovation. There are many problems in theory and practice to need to solve. Based on the existing literatures and field survey，this chapter describes the concept and characteristics of it，and introduces and analyzes comparatively the CISs at home and abroad，and puts forward three types of CIS and describes their concept models. Finally，it points out the policy orientation and some problems to be further studied，which provides the reference to researchers to make further theory research and to government to make polices. <<
