charity to promote the study of the development of pension in our country occupies an important place in the transitional pension service system construction. Through the research of hefei，maanshan，wuhu，do charity endowment patterns and samples of three carried on the thorough analysis，understand the philanthropy and pension business has intrinsic correspondence between them，we can actively make use of the charity to promote the development of pension. Philanthropy as important resources，how to effectively promote the development of pension，we think that it is through charitable donations，2 it is through charity project support，three is can cultivate talent. The main problems existing in our current is to promote the charity to promote pension development in how to improve the transparency and credibility. How to solve these problems，this paper argues that by establishing good management oversight mechanism，strengthening the construction of charity endowment self hematopoietic function system，pay attention to personnel training and encourage official in the form of private and government purchasing service and promote effectively.
