    新常态下的安徽就业问题研究

    摘要

    新常态下,安徽经济面临新一轮的发展机遇与挑战,就业形势呈现新变化和新特点。2014年,安徽省在就业体制改革、就业战略决策、解决重点群体就业、政策扶持创业、加强就业服务和技能培训、统筹基础工作等方面做出了富有成效的工作。新形势下,安徽就业战略的路径选择应当是:以法治思维全面推进就业领域改革,在稳定增加就业数量的同时提升就业质量,实施以促进创业带动就业战略,统筹做好高校毕业生等重点群体的就业工作,大力发展现代职业教育和加强职业培训,以推进信息化为保障打造阳光就业服务,努力构建更加和谐的劳动关系。

    Abstract

    Under the new normal,anhui economy is facing a new round of development opportunities and challenges,the employment situation presents new changes and new characteristics In 2014,anhui province in the strategic decision for the reform of employment system,employment,solve the focus group employment,business policy support,strengthening employment services and skills training,as a whole the foundation work has made fruitful work. Under the new situation,anhui employment strategy of route choice should be:to comprehensively promote the reform of employment law thinking,there is a steady increase in the number of jobs at the same time improving the quality of employment,implement the strategy of promoting entrepreneurship to create more employment opportunities,make overall focus groups such as college graduates employment,to develop the modern vocational education and strengthening vocational training,in order to promote information into security make sunshine employment services,efforts to build a more harmonious labor relations.
