The Reserch of the Anhui provincial government purchased of social service organizations assistive improved government efficiency in the use of assistive service funds，meet the disabled diversified and multi-level demand effectively，stimulated society organizations and the vitality of the market and nurture the disabled community organizations. Over the years，although the provincial government has achieved positive results to boosting the purchased assistive services in society organizations，it still faces many difficulties. Those mainly included the non-perfect policy system，the non-perfect working mechanism，the bias low level of residual social organization of their own development and unequal status for relationships and the contradiction of projects and organization of short-term contracts and other long-term development. In response to these difficulties，the province should adhere to “a target”，“two promotion” and “relations” to further strengthen policy support，improve the work of institutional mechanisms，strengthen the disabled community tissue cultivation and management，strengthen the role of the CDPF organization duties，promote the modernization of the purchase and services and further promote assistive government purchased of social service organizations.
