自1996年中央提出民办非企业单位概念以来，安徽民办非企业单位总体发展较为良性。截至2014年年底，安徽民办非企业单位已达11473家，且类型日趋多样，较好地发挥了民办非企业单位的社会功能，成为支持安徽社会建设的重要力量。本文从安徽三联学院若干发展成就出发，客观反映当前安徽民办非企业单位发展现实，并提出继续大力发展安徽民办非企业单位的对策建议。
<<Since 1996，The Central Committee put forward the concept of private non-enterprise units. The overall development of Anhui private non-enterprise units relatively benign. At the end of 2014，The number of private non-enterprise units in Anhui province has reached 11473. its type become increasingly diversified. The social function of private non-enterprise units has been brought into effect. It become an important force in support of Anhui social construction. From some achievements of Anhui Sanlian University，the article demonstrate the reality of the development of Anhui private non-enterprise unit，and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
