The Population Urbanization is closely related to migrants into the city. Currently，the issue of population Urbanization in Anhui and migrants into the city has been highlights in theory. To enhance the urbanization of the population，the key is “four integrations” of floating population in the city-“individuals integrated into the business，the family integrated into the community，children integrated into the school，groups integrated into urban society.” Anhui emerged many social problems in advancing the process of urbanization of the population，in which one of the most prominent problem is floating population integrated into the city.
