促进农民工的就业质量提升,是安徽落实承接产业转移示范区的当务之急。其不仅有利于加快安徽有序推进“人的城镇化”建设过程,还将有利于区域经济社会发展的一体化。本文拟通过对农民工群体就业质量状况的描述,分析影响他们就业质量的因素,进而找到相应的政策介入方案,以期为提升安徽农民工就业质量提供借鉴参考。目前来看,针对农民工的社会保障水平虽然不断提升,但他们的就业质量仍然相对较低。这种状况源于他们自身主体性选择,及其与社会互动时存在的制度区隔。农民工的就业选择在不断变化发展,但他们的就业机会、待遇和发展,双重身份及其产生的困境与他们自身的职业生涯发展产生矛盾。为防范和化解社会风险,政府需要动员多方资源,加大就业促进服务,解决多元主体协同治理农民工的就业质量提升问题。
<<Promoting the quality of employment of Farm-workers is a priority to undertake a transferring of industry demonstration zone in Anhui. It not only helped to accelerate the construction process of “human urbanization”,but also facilitated the integration of regional economic and social development. This article planned to analyze the factors affecting their quality of employment and found corresponding policy intervention through description of the quality of employment for migrant workers,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of migrant workers employment in anhui. For now,the level of social security for migrant workers is rising,but their employment quality is still relatively low. This situation stems from their own subjective choices,and institutional segments existed social interaction. Choice of employment of farm-workers changes continually,but their employment opportunities,benefits,development and a dual identity with predicament conflicts with their own career development. To prevent and resolve social risks,the government need to mobilize various resources,increase employment promotion services and promote to be governed the problemsof the quality of employment of migrant workers by multiple subjects.
