Faced with the accelerated development of urbanization in Anhui reality，mass population to urban mobility is an inevitable trend，along with a variety of problems caused by the floating population is inevitable. Resources，environmental pressures and social management difficulties faced by cities and towns and that unstable employment migrants faced high unemployment，low levels of social security and difficult issues on becoming the citizens，are the main flow population issues in current and future process of urbanization in Anhui Province. To solve the problem of floating population must be based on the basis of relevant reforms，formulated policies to strengthen the reform of the household registration system，builded attention to the floating population management and service mechanism and accelerated the improvement of the social security system of the floating population. Only do those，it can promote the public process of floating population，improve the quality of the urbanization of the province and the harmonious and stable development of the society.
