社会责任是时代变迁、产业转型升级、企业可持续发展的需要,被认为是企业发展中最为重要的竞争力。电子商务零售企业近年来井喷式的发展与随之而来的知识产权、消费者权益等问题的爆发,引起了社会各界对于电子商务零售企业社会责任问题的关注。本研究以行业发展现状和问题作为基础,通过探究电子商务零售企业社会责任的定义、维度和指标,把握其兼具零售业与互联网行业两方面的特性,从加强理论研究、健全法律法规、增强社会责任意识、建构指标体系等方面提出相应的策略,以期帮助相关管理部门及企业在社会责任建构的过程中厘清思路,提供参考建议。
<<The social responsibility is the need of the time,the call of industry upgrade and the sustainable development of the enterprise,which is considered as the most important competitive power of enterprise sustainable development. In recent years,the outbreak of the blowout type development of network retail enterprises and the consequent intellectual property rights and interests of consumers,which caused the concern of the community for network retail corporate social responsibility issues. The research take the development of the industry status and problems as the basis,by exploring the definition,dimensions and indicators of the network retail ‘s CSR,,grasp both the characteristics of the retail industry and the Internet industry. Last,this research present a series of strategy like strengthening theoretical research;perfecting laws and regulations;enhancing social responsibility consciousness;constructiing index system of CRS,in order to help related departments and the enterprise to clarify the ideas in the process of social responsibility construction.
