The uncivilized language in Internet is becoming an popular issue with an increasing Internet participation. This paper analyzed News Comments of Tencent Website and explored network uncivil discourse and related factors. The study found there was a certain number of uncivil discourse and there was no significant correlation between uncivil comments and the popularity of comments，users’ participation. However，uncivil discours and news content，news type，quality was significantly associated.
