本研究通过对抓取的相关数据进行统计分析,评价了搜索网站的社会责任。结果显示,国内搜索网站在承担社会责任上总体处于中等水平,得分相对较高的是“信息生产”,而在“社会监督”上普遍缺乏责任意识。在“信息生产”上呈现出明显的两极分化格局,在“文化教育”上受网站本身属性和定位的影响明显,在“协调关系”上互动优势没有得到应有的发挥,在“社会监督”上网站之间存在显著差异,效果并不理想。本研究认为,提升搜索网站的社会责任,应该外部规制和内部责任意识建设并重,充分发挥技术“把关”的优势,兼顾对宏大主题和微观关怀的平衡,提升互动质量,把握社会责任履践的整体性,形成“四位一体”的联动机制。
<<The research comments the social responsibility of searching website according to analyzing related statistics. The result shows that the overall of civil searching websites undertaking social responsibility is in the medium range. The relatively higher score is information production,but in the aspect of social supervision they lack responsible consciousness. They presents obvious polarization in information production and are influnced by website quality and location in culture education. The interactive advantage don’t fully expressed in coordinating relationship and websites have obvious difference in social supervision. The research thinks improving the social responsibility should combine external regulation and inner consciousness,express strict technology ‘advantage,balanc grand theme and micro care,promote interactive quality,hold social responsibility integrity and develop quaternity’ linkage mechnism.
