在“互联网+”战略布局下,中国新媒体的发展进入新阶段,新媒体社会责任的行业实践面临着全新的机遇与挑战。本文在对国内与国外新媒体社会责任实践发展历史进行全面梳理的基础上,对2014年新媒体社会责任指标体系进行了修订,并运用这套指标体系对国内现有的主要新媒体类型进行考察,发现问题并提供新媒体社会责任建设的思路与方法。
<<The development of China’s new media has entered a new stage under the current “Internet Plus” national strategy. The industrial implementation of new media social responsibilities is facing with new opportunities as well as challenges. On the basis of a full-scale review of both the domestic and international implementation history of new media’s social responsibility,this paper intends to:1)revise the 2014 new media social responsibility indicator system:2)employ the indicator system to examine existing major types of China’s new media:3)find problems and provide workable methods and solutions for the construction of the social responsibility of new media.
