本文从民营医院人力资源现状分析当前民营医院人才培养面临的内、外部困境,重点分析医师多点执业和住院医师规范化培训对民营医院人才建设的影响。结合延安大学咸阳医院经验有针对性地提出应对措施,即建议政府优化民营医院发展环境,民营医院加大投入,完善体制,同时重视教研,加强文化建设,发展医疗集团。
<<existing internal and external difficulties of personnel training in private hospitals are analyzed from human resource condition in private hospitals. Influence of doctor multi-site operation and standardized training of inpatient doctor on personnel construction of private hospitals is mainly analyzed. Experience of Yan’an University Xianyang Hospital is combined for proposing targeted solutions,namely government should optimize development environment of private hospitals,private hospitals should increase investment,perfect system,attach great importance to teaching and research,strengthen cultural construction and develop medical group at the same time.
