随着新医改进入“深水区”,民营医院发展也加快了步伐。目前,医疗资源配置失衡的现状制约着民营医院的人才建设,这点在基层民营医院尤为明显。河南宏力医院从实际出发,在用人战略定位、导入优秀理念、做实培训、构架全新平台等方面不断探索、总结,提出并实践了人才建设“双赢模式”,为基层民营医院人才建设提供了新思路。虽然此模式并不能完全解决民营医院人才建设存在的问题,但其主动寻求、勇于尝试的精神和构建适合自身发展模式的做法,犹如给民营医院发展注入一股动力,带给我们无限思考。
