《国务院关于促进健康服务业发展若干意见》(简称40号文)明确定义了“健康服务业”即以维护和促进人民群众身心健康为目标,包括医疗服务、健康管理与促进、健康保险以及相关服务,对大健康产业发展具有里程碑意义。本文对爱康国宾和美年大健康的发展历程、战略扩张思路进行了剖析,指出在当前背景下,传统健康服务行业只有借助互联网思维、大数据和消费者参与进行产业升级,才能在大健康产业的竞争中脱颖而出。
<<A national policy which meant a milestone of China’s health care industry,Opinions on promoting the development of health services by the State Council,clearly defined that the health services target as to maintain and promote people’s physical and mental health including medical service,health management and promotion,health insurance and other relevant services. This article took iKang Guobin Healthcare Group and Meinian Onehealth Healthcare Group as cases study,analyzed their development history and expansion strategy and concluded that only held industrial updating with the aid of internet thinking,bid data and customer that health service enterprises could achieve success in the competition.
