2015年《全国医疗卫生服务体系规划纲要（2015～2020年）》出台后，民营医院在政策上得到了更为广阔的发展空间，然而在有些方面政策也给民营医院发展带来局限性。如何突破政策，打造民营医院产业链成为一个新议题。
本文通过分析2014～2015年我国医疗卫生相关政策，解读社会资本办医的若干优势，主要从民营医院产业链的资本布局、资源互动、医疗服务模式等方面对议题进行探究。
<<After the “National Health Service and Medical Plan（2015-2020）” was established in 2015，the policies of private hospitals haveextended more space for development. While the policies also brought limitations in some respects. It has become a new topic how to breakthe policies，and create private hospital chain.
By analyzing the 2014-2015 China’s medical and healthpolicies，the article interpreted several advantages of social capital in medical care field，mainly from the private hospital chain in the capital layout，interactive resources，and other aspects of care delivery model issues were explored.
