党的十八届三中全会明确提出发展“混合所有制经济”之后，有关大型国有企业混合所有制的改革业已提上日程。本报告就混合所有制和混合所有制改革的相关内涵和逻辑进行梳理，并对能源领域的三大部分——煤炭、电力和油气行业逐一进行剖析，探究各个领域推进混合所有制改革的具体路径和方法，并提出相关改革建议。
<<The Third Plenary Session of the party’s eighteen clearly put forward the development of “mixed ownership economy”，then the reform of ownership of large state-owned enterprises has been put on the agenda.
This paper combs related connotation and inner logic of the mixed ownership reform firstly，and analyzes the three main parties in the field of energy-coal，electricity and gas industries one by one，to explore the specific paths and methods in promoting the mixed ownership reform，and provides some suggestions for reference.
