This chapter，through analyzing the industry operation of Beijing Century Star Skating and Fencing Club，inspires us to make full use of the market means，meet diverse needs，and achieve a win-win situation of youth sport organizations and activities in both economic and social benefits. Through analyzing the operation of youth center of extracurricular sports activities in Fujian，this chapter inspires us to pay attention to guidance，encourage innovations，standardize managements，improve systems，strengthen supervisions，and secure public interests. Through analyzing development situation of juveniles’ outdoor activities in the Mountaineering Sports Management Center，this chapter illustrates that juvenile sport activities will be promoted as long as innovative ideas are encouraged，resources are integrated and characteristics of the school curriculum system are given full consideration.
