本文围绕体育中介业中各类经纪活动，如运动员经纪、赛事经纪和体育中介组织经纪活动等进行研究，梳理上海市体育中介业的历程、分析体育中介业的现状、提炼体育中介业的特征、发现体育中介业的问题、寻找加快体育中介业发展的措施，完整而细致地对上海市体育中介业的过去、现在和未来进行分析。最后，文章从观念、机构、管理、培训等方面对上海体育中介业的发展提出了几点建设性意见。
<<This article concentrates on the research on sports intermediary brokers，sports brokerage and sports organizations in Shanghai sports intermediary brokers，analysis of the past history and the current development of sports intermediary，and refine the sports intermediary characteristics，find out the problems of Intermediary Industry，and find out measures to accelerate the development of sports Intermediary Industry. the past，present and future of Shanghai sports agent were analyzed.
Finally，the article put forward some constructive suggestions，to provide a reference for the Shanghai Intermediary Industry development which from the concept，organization，management，training and other aspects.
