Through analysising Shanghai Sports Venues Service Industry development，we argue that the development of Shanghai Venues Service Industry has such trait：all-round integration of market economy，the pluralistic management pattern，and social and economic benefits simultaneously etc. there are also some deficiency：the development process is not balanced，the preferential policy support is not enough，the degree of legalization management is low，and there is a lack of professional management personnel and other issues. Considering the present development situation and existing problems，combined with the trend of historical，we puts forward the development trend and expectations of Shanghai venue service industry.
