On the basis of the reform and innovation of education model in business schools，this article studies the future development trend of MBA education in business schools against such background. Starting with the development origin，current situation and future trend of Chinese business schools，this article expounds on the development background，current scale，international cooperation，forms and categories of MBA education in China. Meanwhile，on the basis of conducting gap analysis of Chinese MBA with world-class ones and integrating development trend of Chinese business schools，it envisions future development of MBA education from education philosophy，cultivation model and operation model，etc.
