This article analyzes the unexpected good results of applying WeChat in management. Through real-life cases of applying WeChat in the management of government affairs，public services，enterprises and finance，we find that WeChat has nearly reshaped the management process，method and philosophy. The mobile internet era will inevitably usher in advance and updating of management. Application of mobile devices in management will be the trend of future development in management. WeChat will play its due role to advance such progress.
