创新是管理理论与实践的一个重要组成部分,是企业甚至国家生存和发展的一个重要策略。自从熊彼特在20世纪初将这个理念引入管理领域后,经过近一个世纪的发展和完善,创新已经被绝大多数管理者当成企业发展的基本战略。目前创新还基本上是以企业为主要对象,以单位本身为参照点,主要研究企业单位个体的创新激励和利用机制,但从生态视角考虑创新,并以整体生态系统作为研究目标的文章还比较少见。本文将从个体、单位和社会群体的角度,从创新所代表的不同层面包括本体、所用和价值出发,结合创新所处的整体环境条件来重新思考创新的定义,试图从理论上对创新这一概念进行重新梳理,提出了创新生态系统三要素(人、物、境)的整体动态平衡这一概念。在实践层面,从创新生态角度出发,除了讨论创新所产生的生态机制以外,我们还将着重讨论创新的应对机制,从三要素之间另一个层面,提出三项法则(发明、学习和适应)并进一步进行论证,其中主要讨论国家体制如何适应变革需求,以期国家体制、企业精神和个人努力能够在一个有机的正能量环境当中,实现和达到创新国度这一状态,同时也对国家、企业和个人在创新当中所起的不同作用和责任进行进一步阐述。
<<Innovation is one of the essential components for management theories and practices. It has strategic importance to the survival and the development of enterprises and even nations. Since the introduction of this concept into management domain by Schumpeter in the early 20th century with the improvements made by various academics and practitioners,innovation has been widely accepted as one of the fundamental survival strategies for enterprises. In the field of theoretical research,the subjects of studies are usually individual enterprises with the objective of how to promote innovation and maximise the benefits. It usually takes the organisation itself as the referential point. It is evident that there are few research paying attention to the overall ecosystem with emphasises on the mechanisms exist within the whole ecosystem. This article tries to rethink the concept of innovation from the perspectives of individuals,units and social groups,and further examines innovation in three different aspects including the ontology,practice and value. In this article,we have suggested a dynamic system which keeps the balance among three key elements of innovation,including human,objects and environments. In practical level,we extended the innovation ecosystem to the understanding of the mechanisms of why it is needed and how can it be applied in business management. We examined the second dimension of the three key elements,and identified invention,learning and adaptation are the three key practical approaches for successful innovations. Towards the end of the article,we have discussed how a nation can adopt innovation as one of the key objectives and how to balance invention,learning and adaptation through rules and legislations to reach a innovative status. We have also discussed the roles of the nation,enterprises and employees to contribute to the status of innovative nation.
