在信息化、全球化时代,经济和社会发展复杂多变。已有百年发展史的管理学面临重大变革——从以管事为中心,因事择人,管物见长,转到真正的以人为本。要想管好人,首先需要回答:是管人的行为,管心理,还是管思想;是为了控制人、满足人,还是为了培养和发展人;以及如何教育、影响、改变人等一系列理论问题。本文通过与西方管理理论的比较分析,阐述了以毛泽东为代表的中共领袖对上述问题的认识,系统地介绍了共产党、解放军在长期管理实践中总结出来的有关思想管理的规律、方法与工作机制。强调指出,思想管理是管理领域的中国创造,是信息时代最具发展前景的管理理论。
<<In the era of informatization and globalization,economic and social development confronts many complexities and changes. Management science,with a century’s development,is now faced with a significant reform,namely transforming from a matter-centered philosophy which adjusts people to matters and focuses on managing matters to a people-oriented philosophy. A series of theoretical questions need to be firstly answered for good management of people. For example,is it to manage people’s behaviors,mentality or thoughts?Is it to control people,satisfy people or cultivate and develop them?And how do we educate,impact and change people?This article elaborates on the understanding of Chinese Communist Party leaders represented by Comrade Mao Zedong to the foregoing questions,and introduces some laws,methods and working mechanisms related to ideological management summarized by the Communist Party and Liberation Army through long-term management practice. It stresses that ideological management is created-in-China in management field and is the most promising management theory in the information era.
