Building ecological civilization is not only concerned with people’s wellbeing，but also the nation’s future. The construction of ecological civilization must depend on the system with the requirements of the national governance system and governance capacity modernization. It’s benefit to set up intact and scientific system with resources saving，environmental protection and optimized development zone. The system of ecological civilization is not a new thing，nor a complete set of mature system. This is based on the long-term adherence to resource conservation and environmental protection in our country，and it is a set of integrated natural resources management，land and space development and protection，resource conservation，ecological and environmental protection. Since the 18th CPC National Congress，the construction of ecological civilization system has given the overall deployment. All the research，introduction and launch of the major system is accelerating. But the system construction can not be achieved overnight. To sum up the reform in various fields in recent years，it can better promote the construction of ecological civilization system. First，The main progress and evaluation of the construction of ecological civilization since the 18th CPC National Congress are introduced in this chapter. And then surrounding the key system of ecological civilization，this paper discuss the definition and significance of system construction from the five aspects，and analyzes on some existing problems and advances some suggestions. <<
