City transformation and green development,as the important carrier of the energy-saving emission reduction and transformation of the mode of economic development in Beijing,are the organic union of economical development and environmental protection,to create the new pattern of development of the low-carbon,ecological livable city. In the city transformation and green development,Beijing still exist main obstacles such as high carbon energy structure,environmental pollution,insuiffient low carbon innovation incentive. To accelerate city transformation and green development,Beijing should improve ecological performance as an important target,formed by three implementation of the industrial system reconstruction,reconstruction of city space and the change with consumptive pattern,and two system common support of the network management and the low carbon innovation system,constructing an operation significance of the implement frame and a forward path. <<
