To enhance drug supervision and management level and play the role of licensed pharmacists better in drug supervision and management,in line with the spirit of scientific supervision,we have investigated thoroughly the actual professional service of licensed pharmacists in Beijing. According to a large number of data,we have done a quantitative analysis to the staffing rate,on-the-job rate,personnel liquidity,supplement of licensed pharmacists after personnel changes,etc.Focused on the problem of supervision and management to the licensed pharmacists in retail drug stores,especially puts forward the three-party information platform: licensed pharmacists registered-supervision-continuing education and make the three departments organic link and form closed management measures to licensed pharmacists,so as to improve the practitioners situation of licensed pharmacists,make the practitioners situation of licensed pharmacists have substantial change and progress. <<
