Urban public facilities are the foundation of city operation,their security problems are so important in all problems of city safety operation that they are urgent to be solved. The subject and object of safety supervision was pointed out by the analysis on the subject and the object of urban public facilities safety supervision;through analyzing the laws,regulations and standard specification,the duty of government departments in safety supervision of urban public facilities was specified. The industry safety supervising principle,means and requirements of supervising subject on urban public facilities was put forward. The PDCA responsibility mode of safety supervising is established based on the PDCA theory. A scientific method was introduced to consummating and improving the safety supervising responsibility system in urban public facilities. <<
