Based on construction in more than ten years,especially practice of 2008 Olympic Games and the 60 th National Day,Beijing has established a more mature and improved Capital Social Security Protection System(CSSPS),which safeguard social security and stability of capital effectively.However,There still exit several shortcomings in combination of peacetime and wartime,utilize of science and technology,universality of social participation upon construction of CSSPS.It is necessary to improve overall performance of the construction of CSSPS by achieving specialization,informatization,socialization. <<
