Based on the eleventh national private business owners’ survey,the paper conducts exploratory analysis on internet behavior characteristics and preference,and the trust of media among business owners. This topic has been studies for the first time during more than 20 years’ national survey of business owners. This paper tries to study the following issues:(1)how many business owners are cyber citizens;and among them,who browse internet;(2)what are the frequency and behavior characteristics among business owners;(3)what types of internet forum that business owners choose to express their opinions;(4)how internet behavior characteristics affect their trust of different media. Based on these questions,the paper proposes academic research directions and policy recommendations.
