    中国“十二五”教育成就与“十三五”教育发展展望

    摘要

    “十二五”期间,各级各类教育得到进一步普及,教育均衡发展取得一定成效。政府特别针对教育弱势人群、教育资源匮乏地区、教育发展薄弱领域,加大投入,协调教育均衡发展,促进教育公平。但是,目前教育领域还存在一些有待解决的问题。学前教育供需矛盾还未根本消除;义务教育还存在着城乡、地区和校际不均衡;中等职业教育发展相对缓慢;高等教育机会的城乡不平等和地区不平等问题仍然突出;目前还存在歧视流动人口子女的现象。“十三五”教育发展目标的实现还需更有效的政策措施。

    Abstract

    During the Twelfth Five Year Plan,all levels of education have been promoted greatly,and the balanced development of the education system has made significant progress. Regarding special population,resource-deprived region,weak area of the education system,government has strengthened the investment to enhance education equality. However,there are still many problems which need to be addressed. The supply and demand of preschool education has not been adjusted,compulsory education system still exists disparity between rural and urban area with significant difference of regional and inter-school inequality. The middle level professional education shows slow advancement,and inequality of higher education entrance across regions is still prominent. And social discrimination towards migrant workers’ children is prevalent. All these problems need to be addressed by the policy of the Thirteenth Five Year Plan.
