In 2015，income level continues to increase steadily across both urban and rural residents. Meanwhile，residents’ consumption demonstrates an upward trend，with newly emerged consumption structure. However，admittedly，there are many factors which have negative effect and become obstacles to boost both income and consumption. For example，the downward trend of economic growth rate slows down income growth，peasant workers face employment difficulties，the low percentage of rural consumption and the lack of social security system all pose negative effect on the consumption structure.
