本研究采用工作价值观量表对北京市西城区居民的工作价值观进行调查，研究发现，居民对于工作的“安定保障”重要性最为重视，得分最高，其次是“和谐互信”和“地位、权力和财富”，而“自我实现与成就”“创造力”得分最低，“心灵成长”得分较低，而“利他服务”“自主独立”和“均衡生活”上得分居于中等。
<<This study was a survey research on work values of the residents of Xicheng District in Beijing. The study found that residents have the highest score on stability and security，followed by harmony and mutual trust，and social status and wealth. Self-actualizationcreativity，and spiritual growth were in the lowest level. Altruism，independent，and balanced life were in a middle level.
