2014年的经济增长略有下降,就业压力持续增大,但劳动关系仍然较为稳定。2014年的劳动关系也有一些新特征,比如群体性事件翻倍增加。个体劳动争议方面也出现了一些新特征。劳动者一方更为多元,用人单位规避责任更为隐蔽等,导致了劳动争议案件更为复杂。政府无论在政策制定还是在相关工作方面,均有所作为。世界经济发展势头仍然不容乐观,中国进一步深化改革的基调在短期内不会发生变化。这些经济、政策领域的发展趋势直接导致了我国未来的劳动关系特征将会有所变化。
<<2014’s economic growth has declined slightly,the employment pressure continues to increase,but the labor relations still maintained relatively steady state. However,there are some new features,such as the increase of the number of group events,some new features in individual labor disputes,such as the labor party is more diverse,the use of more hidden units to avoid the responsibility,etc. The government has done some work and carried out some policies in cultivating the environment for harmony labor-relationship. The momentum of the world economic development is still not optimistic,deepening reform will not change in the short term in China. These trends of economic and policy areas in China will directly lead to changes in the characteristics of the labor relations.
