接受教育是残疾人实现人力资本积累的重要途径,基于2007~2013年中国残联官方统计数据,运用描述性统计分析的方法,本报告对中国残疾人教育现状及存在的问题进行研究后发现:总体而言,近年来残疾人教育有了较大的发展,但也存在教育资源不足且地区分布不均衡、不同类型残疾人受教育比例不协调等问题。应按照现代教育体系建设的新要求,在进一步扩大残疾人教育规模发展的同时,更加注重地区发展的均衡,使更多不同类型残疾人具有同等的接受职业教育的权利。
<<Education is an important way for the disabled to achieve human capital accumulation. Based on China Disabled Persons’ Federation official statistics from 2007 to 2013,using descriptive statistical analysis method,after conducting a deep research in the situation,problems and solutions of Chinese disabled person’s education,we found that education for the disabled in recent years has made great progress. However,there are insufficient educational resources and unbalanced regional distribution;there is still characterized by some problems such as unharmonious ratio of education for different types of persons with disabilities. We should follow the new requirements of modern education system construction,to further expand the scale of development education for the disabled. At the same time,we should more emphasis on balanced regional development,so that more different types of persons with disabilities have the same right to receive vocational education.
