The development of China's postgraduate education goes through the stage of strategic transition for comprehensively improving the quality as the core task. Owing to the deep-seated problems of the quality and pitfalls in postgraduate education, central government has launched series of measures to safeguard and improve the quality of postgraduate education on the following fields: activities of academic moral education for postgraduate students, introduction of postgraduate national prize, establishment of a comprehensive quality supervision system and other measures. <<
