Three powers have jointly promoted the building of parent committee in primary and middle schools in Shandong Province since the end of 2009. Shandong Provincial Department of Education took the initiative to reform parent committee, making use of administrative power for propulsion; Qingdao Publishing Group strongly supported such action with the provision of public funds; Beijing Care for Families as a non-government organization correspondently provided routine professional services. This mode effectively combining the executive power of education administration, professional capability of non-government organization and support of public fund, has certain significance for reference to the building of parent committee in primary and middle schools. <<
