2007，Wuhan City Circle was approved as an experimental zone for comprehensive supporting reform on building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. Since then，it achieved obvious results in the reform，construction and urbanization，and played a leading role in China’s urbanization under the background of ecological civilization. During the “new normal” state，the New-type Urbanization needs new idea，new thinking and new breakthrough，Wuhan City Circle should explore the road of coordinated development of large，middle and small cities.
