This paper analyses the accessibility differences of educational resources and influencing factors to different groups of children (ie, urban children, rural children, migrant workers' children who stay at their hometown and migrant children),and then discusses the social consequences of the differences between different groups of children. Through two dimensions of investigation for the educational resource accessibility and family resource possession, it is found that urban children occupy a dominant position in both dimensions, but migrant workers' children who stay at their hometown have less educational and family resources than the other three groups of children. These differences extend to the various aspects of children's growth through educational resources and family resources.
