In recent years preschool education in rural areas has developed rapidly while pressures of regulated expansion and quality improvement still existed. In this regard, governments at all levels have made a series of practical effects by increasing public investment in rural preschool education, vigorously promoting the quality development of public kindergartens in rural areas, strengthening the construction of rural kindergarten teacher team, and improving the standardized management of rural kindergarten. But there are also the problems of insufficient "connotation development" in the efficient use of public finances, the forms of preschool services, monitoring the quality of the nursery school, supporting private kindergarten, etc. It is an urgent need to actively explore in the future to optimize the structure of public financial investment, diversify the forms and content of rural preschool services, increase supports of the private kindergarten, and ensure the treatment of rural kindergarten teachers.
