    以质量标准为导向,促进农村学前教育内涵发展

    摘要

    近些年我国农村学前教育发展迅速,但规范扩张和质量提升的压力依然存在。对此,各级政府通过加大农村学前教育的公共投入,在大力推进农村公办幼儿园有质量的发展、强化农村幼儿园教师队伍建设、加强农村幼儿园的规范管理等方面,取得了一系列实际的效果;但在公共财政的使用效率、学前教育的服务形式、对幼儿园办学的质量监管、对民办幼儿园的扶持等方面,还存在“内涵发展”不足的问题。未来亟须在优化公共财政投入结构、丰富农村学前教育服务形式和内容、加大对民办幼儿园的扶持、保证农村幼儿园教师待遇等方面进行积极探索。 <<

    Abstract

    In recent years preschool education in rural areas has developed rapidly while pressures of regulated expansion and quality improvement still existed. In this regard, governments at all levels have made a series of practical effects by increasing public investment in rural preschool education, vigorously promoting the quality development of public kindergartens in rural areas, strengthening the construction of rural kindergarten teacher team, and improving the standardized management of rural kindergarten. But there are also the problems of insufficient "connotation development" in the efficient use of public finances, the forms of preschool services, monitoring the quality of the nursery school, supporting private kindergarten, etc. It is an urgent need to actively explore in the future to optimize the structure of public financial investment, diversify the forms and content of rural preschool services, increase supports of the private kindergarten, and ensure the treatment of rural kindergarten teachers. <<
